Ordered these to do yardwork and when it cools off, to walk my dog. I live in hot and sunny Phoenix, AZ and have a sun shirt, but it's too hot to wear it in the summer. I saw these sleeves and thought I would give them a try. I tried them out on a 112°F (44°C) day. The material is cooler than I expected, and cooler than wearing a sun shirt over my t-shirt. I like how the sleeves cover the tops of my hands as well. I am petite and measured my arm before ordering. They are a little snug at the top, but that's better than them slipping down. Overall I am pleased.
